FAQs
How long does a shoot take?
This will depend on your specific property. Usually a shoot won’t last more than an hour for properties under 5000 Square feet but we suggest you leave a window of 1hr 30 mins to 2hr if you need to be at a property so we can fully capture your home.
How far in advance should you book your shoot?
We ask that you book your appointment as far in advance as possible. The further in advance you book your shoot the higher the chance we will be able to shoot on your exact date and time, but even if your ideal shoot time isn’t available, we will do our best to accommodate you.
When and how will you receive your images?
We default to dropbox as our delivery method for images. You will receive your images after payment has been received in full.
What if I need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel my appointment?
We understand plans change and we do our best to accommodate your needs. We do ask that you give us at-least 24 hours notice in order for you to avoid the following fees for cancellation or rescheduling.
24-12 Hours before the appointment time - $25
12-1 Hour before the appointment time - $50
Within 1 Hour or on-site - $99
How should the property be prepared before the photographer arrives?
We ask that you ensure the home is prepared for the shoot prior to the photographer arriving. Please note: Photographers are not removalists and will only straighten up chairs etc. If there is any other clutter or items there, they will remain in the images.
